PRGoeroes developed a strategic media pitch for the start-up’s first anniversary, targeting local, regional, national, and trade media. This resulted in various publications, including An interview with U-Diet colleague Nahum Pang in De Telegraaf (online and offline), an invitation to share knowledge via Studio Erasmus ended up on Open Rotterdam. Co-founder of U-Diet, scientist Dr. Kirsten A.C. Berk, also shared her insights on Radio Rijnmond.

In December, a survey was conducted to find out what Dutch people thought about overeating during the upcoming holidays. The survey results were published on Nieuws.Marketing, in an article on AD.nl (online and offline), PZC and various other media outlets. One of U-Diet’s customers was interviewed by De Telegraaf.. The article about the launch of U-Diet made it into the most read Amazing Erasmus MC articles of 2024. In total, U-Diet achieved more than twelve online mentions in the first three months, generating 1,300,000 impressions and a media value of €12,800. These results exclude publications behind paywalls and offline exposure (such as Telegraaf, PZC, radio interviews, and AD).
With this successful media campaign, U-Diet has not only increased its visibility, strengthened its position in the health sector, and found dozens of new customers.
